By using the Tutor AI Solver app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
The App provides features to scan and solve math problems. Users can also ask further questions related to the problem. The AI may not be 100% accurate.
User Accounts
- You must create an account to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Fair Use Policy
- While some features may offer unlimited usage, they are subject to our Fair Use Policy to ensure service quality for all users.
- The App provides two processing modes: Accuracy mode and Speed mode.
- During periods of high usage or when a user's usage significantly exceeds typical patterns, the App may automatically switch from Accuracy mode to Speed mode.
- This automatic switching helps maintain service stability and ensures fair access for all users.
- We reserve the right to temporarily limit or adjust service quality for accounts showing unusual or excessive usage patterns.
- The App will notify users when switching between modes.
- Normal usage patterns will automatically restore access to Accuracy mode.
Credits System
- The App uses a credits system for accessing various features.
- Different features may consume different amounts of credits.
- New users receive free trial credits upon creating an account.
- Additional credits can be purchased within the App.
- The credit cost for each feature may be updated from time to time based on our operational costs and user usage patterns.
- We will notify users of any changes to credit costs through the App.
- Both free trial credits and purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits do not expire and will remain in your account until used.
Subscriptions
- The App may require a subscription to access certain features, including answer solutions.
- Subscription details and pricing will be provided in the App.
- We offer free trial periods for subscriptions from time to time.
- Free trial terms, including duration and available features, will be specified at the time of the offer.
- Some subscriptions may include a monthly credit allowance.
- We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or restrict free trial offers at any time.
- Unlimited usage features in subscriptions are subject to our Fair Use Policy.
Accuracy
- The AI may not always provide accurate answers.
- Use the App at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the AI's responses.
- Credits consumed for features will not be refunded due to AI inaccuracies.
- The accuracy of responses may vary between Accuracy mode and Speed mode.
Question History
- The App allows you to review your question history.
- This history is stored locally on your device and is not saved on our servers.
- If you change devices or remove the App, your history will be deleted.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
- Any changes will be posted in the App.
- Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) in Wellington, New Zealand.
- The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
By using the Tutor AI Solver app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
